Going Commando
I know the weather has not been very cooperative or motivating for any of us, but hopefully you have maintained your energy level and can work through the last half of the winter stretch. Once the weather gives us a little more leniency, we are starting to incorporate the outside runs again. I know you can’t wait…
Until then, we have to be content with staying inside and continue building strength; therefore, today’s work out is as follows:
Strength:
Presses
2×2x2×1x1×1
Followed by something super special:
100 Commandos for time
Commandos consist of: medball clean followed by a wall ball that goes into a burpee. One fluid, quick, and nonstop movement!!!!! Have fun.
Very Uplifting
A new week, a new workout. I hope everyone is still going strong with their goat challenge, continuing with their diet, and remaining motivated to achieve their workout goals posted a little while ago. If you need any help with anything, please feel free to approach us or post your concerns.
On that note, here is the cookie for the day:
Strength:
Deadlift: 2×2x2×2x2
Finisher:
25 Deadlifts (225, 135)
50 Pull ups
25 Deadlifts
And by my math, if someone wanted to join in on the hundred day challenge they would owe 1770 repititions….yes, that means if you have kept up with the challenge you have done 1770 pushups, burpees, or pike presses. Good for you.
